What We Do
The Consulting Unit provides interim coverage for a Director of Sales or Catering role at your hotel. These critical revenues producing positions are often filled hastily by properties, as every day without a sales position filled is a day of lost revenue and declining pace. Our task force team provides support to hotels during these periods of transition so they can take their time and find the perfect fit.
What We are Looking For
Someone that is flexible, able to easily adapt, can hit the ground running, have a high level of focus, highly driven & that loves to travel to various places. We require a minimum of 5 years hotel sales experience. We are looking for members to fill all revenue producing sales department roles such as
· Director of Sales
· Director of Catering + Convention Services
