Rave Reviews for TCU

Tinu provided excellent coverage at our Doubletree DC this past August – October! I don’t know what we would have done without her! I’m a huge fan of Tinu & her services!
— Sheila Hession, Regional Director of Sales at Davidson Hotels

I had the privilege of working with Tinu Osimokun and TCU. She joined The Embassy Row Hotel as a consultant but she was quickly embraced by the sales managers as one of our own. She took her role by storm and exceeded set sales goals, grew the negotiated business accounts, and took new sales managers under her wing.

Tinu has a rolodex of clients and a talented group of diverse professionals working for her – including a consultant that we ended up hiring long-term as an Associate Director of Sales. If you want a ton of spunk in your office and increased hotel revenue, I highly recommending hiring TCU.
— Shawn Jervis, General Manager and "Head Story Teller" at Embassy Row Hotel

In the past 10 months I was tasked with repositioning a diamond in the rough in a city new to “urban lifestyle’ hotels. This genre of hospitality is typically designed to cater to the millennial demographic; however we wanted to create a place, a hub that engages our local footprint and that is made up of our diversity and international creatives no matter the age or generation.

We also wanted to position the hotel as a platform for emerging local artists and incremental meeting planners looking to deliver an event experience that would shortly become trend in the nation’s capital. When we realized the talent and skill set to achieve said goals were limited, I was introduced to TCU.

Tinu the owner and chief strategist of this hospitality sales and marketing clinic if I may (for a lack of a better description) was at first a short term solution back in April; however the immediate impact TCU made in our progress elongated our partnership for 8 months.

TCU has assisted me in every aspect of the challenge before me and helped me to identify our place in government, FIT and the tour and travel segments. It’s seldom you run into a hospitality sales veteran that still exudes the passion and pride TCU exhibits.

Tinu has since continued on to assist our sister property in their mission in Miami as a result of her On-Point approach to business. Thank you Tinu, you shall be greatly missed; however you will always be remembered for assisting the team on their journey to success.
— Dennis Hernandez, Head Honco of Sales & Marketing, The Embassy Row Hotel
Tinu is an adamant and astute professional. She is able to come into unchartered territory and make a high-level assessment at a rapid pace.

In the interim period of time she was with YVE Hotel Miami, she was able to stabilize the sales and marketing department. She created energy and collaboration and most of all improve metrics that aided us in our crossover goals.

She is an asset to any organization and I look forward to crossing paths with her professionally in the future.
— Robert Festinger, General Manager, Yve Hotel Miami
