Which role do you need to fill at your property?

  • TCU Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) will keep your sales office running efficiently and productively by creating a positive work environment, providing assistance interviewing potential permanent sales candidates and assistance with training and development of the team.

  • Catering Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of catering sales. This involves initial outreach to potential clients to execution.

    Our representatives will solicit and prospect new business for the hotel while maintaining production from existing accounts, represent your hotel at industry events and trade shows as required for your particular property, and work closely with your clients to ensure a successful event.

  • Group Sales Managers, will solicit and prospect new business for the hotel while maintaining production from existing accounts. Groups Sales Manager will represent hotel at industry events and trade shows such as: SGMP, ASAE, Pow Wow, and any other events pertinent to the success of the hotel. Our sales managers are well equipped to use current sales tools for market research in an effort to boost production and increase group business.

    TCU sales managers are able to drive business to your hotel from the following market segments:

    • Tour & Travel

  • This position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating functions and guest rooms for assigned group accounts, in accordance with hotel policies and quality standards, to ensure customer satisfaction, maximize profitability and generate return business.
